Job Description:The Diversified Analog Solutions team in Ottawa has a RF Application Engineer Co-Op opportunity for a university student available for a 12 month Co-Op starting in January 2025. The successful candidate will report to a Senior Application Engineer assigned to the student.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting in new integrated circuit and module product test activities.
- Lab testing of RF circuits, presentation of test results, and participation in customer SCH/Layout reviews.
- Completion of small projects and task assignments of various degrees of complexity, ranging from device characterization, test environment programming, and documentation.
- Candidate must be currently enrolled in a BS or MS Electrical Engineering (or related) degree program.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, PPT, and Word) and have an aptitude for quickly learning other company specific software.
- Experience in using test equipment and tools such as multi-meter, oscilloscope, VNA, spectrum analyzer, RF sources, and soldering tools is preferred.
