About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Business Analysis to lead our Business Analysis team in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business analysis excellence, leading a team of Business Analysts, and collaborating with business and IT leaders to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of Business Analysts, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  2. Develop and implement a business analysis strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
  4. Ensure the delivery of high-quality business analysis products, including requirements gathering, documentation, and information management.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  1. 5-10 years of business or operational analysis experience, with at least 5 years in a management-level position.
  2. Completion of a post-secondary business/technology/systems or related area degree is required, or equivalent work experience.
  3. Previous experience operating in an Agile environment and possessing an Agile mindset.
  4. Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
  5. Experience in a Digital organization is an asset.
  6. Demonstrated business analysis leadership and experience in large, cross-functional enterprise initiatives within a fast-paced environment is required.
  7. Active participation and in-depth knowledge of the International Institute for Business Analysis (IIBA) BABOK is considered an asset.
  8. Direct project management experience and/or education is considered an asset.
  9. Technical background is considered an asset.
