As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving excellence in requirements gathering, documentation, information management, and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Business Analysts, providing coaching and education on best practices to foster a high-performance environment.
  • Develop and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates your team, promoting an inclusive work environment and succession planning.
  • Ensure the Business Analysis team provides deliverables that are clearly, accurately, and thoroughly documented and understood for both system and process changes.
  • Drive the continuous improvement and strategy of Tangerine's business analysis chapter, spanning people, processes, methods, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of business or operational analysis experience, with at least 5 years in a management-level position.
  • Completion of a post-secondary business/technology/systems or related area degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience operating in an Agile environment and possessing an Agile mindset.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred, with a background in digital organizations considered an asset.
