Executive Chef for a Fast Food Chain

We are seeking an Executive Chef to join our team at Taco Time, where you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations and ensuring that our food is prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Cook Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, order supplies and equipment, supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and clean kitchen and work areas.
- Staff Supervision: Recruit and hire staff, manage kitchen operations, and ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed.
The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in culinary arts. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, and includes benefits such as healthcare and vision care.
