About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at GOLDEN MEAN FOOD TRADING LTD. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards and that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the size of food portions and costs
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Manage kitchen operations

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
