Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Development Manager to join our team at Green Infrastructure Partners. This is a key role that requires strong project management skills, expertise in construction industry, and excellent communication abilities.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
As a Project Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet design, budget, and schedule requirements. You will work closely with project teams and third parties to monitor performance, schedules, costs, equipment, manpower, materials, safety, and quality control.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, construction industry.
- Experience in heavy civil, paving, and road construction projects.
- Knowledge of Ontario Provincial Standards Specification (OPSS) is an asset.
- Familiarity with project management and estimating software.
- Results-driven, outcome-focused, critical thinker with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize competing priorities, demonstrate versatility, and resourcefulness.
