Job Summary

EBC Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in the field of infrastructure development. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our projects, from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation;
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met;
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions;
  • Prepare and maintain project reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly updates;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
  • Provide support to project teams, including training and guidance as needed;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders;
  • Participate in project meetings, including status updates, progress reviews, and issue resolution;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by project managers or senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field;
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, construction management, or a related field;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project;
  • Experience with project management software, including Asana, Trello, or similar tools;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication;
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to maintain accurate records and reports;
  • Ability to travel to project sites, as required.
