Responsibilities:

* Lead and inspire sales managers in motivating the sales team to surpass daily activity goals.
* Implement and oversee a value-added sales process, ensuring adherence to established discount levels necessary to achieve Gross Profit (GP) objectives.
* Address and resolve challenges faced by the sales staff, particularly in securing hardware revenue.
* Conduct regular strategic sales meetings to review performance, forecast, and refine branch strategies.
* Play an active role in customer demonstrations to enhance overall sales efforts.

Administrative Oversight:

* Enforce adherence to corporate policies and manage corporate assets responsibly.
* Review and approve all paperwork for rental and trial orders.
* Analyze, report, and present results and activities against plans.
* Develop and submit \"Quarterly Business Plans\" to the VP, ensuring focused and impactful activities.
* Ensure compliance with all payroll procedures and standards.

Recruiting and Training:

* Oversee the recruitment, testing, and hiring of sales staff, aligning with corporate hiring policies.
* Develop and conduct monthly \"Sales Workshops,\" focusing on strategic and timely sales employee developmental needs.
* Ensure all new sales representatives are prepared for company/corporate-sponsored introductory sales schools.

People Leadership Skills:

* Set clear expectations for sales revenue and professional development for sales managers.
* Conduct regular coaching and counseling sessions to build motivation, professionalism, and selling skills.
* Demonstrate high ethical standards, influencing others with commitment and a sense of responsibility.
* Foster rapport and effective interaction with all company employees.

Qualifications:

* Proven track record in competitive selling and account management, with at least 7 years of experience in office products and solutions sales environments (including 2 years in sales management).
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Proficient in PC and network concepts with the ability to apply these skills to understand and deliver printing solutions.
* Ability to deliver high-quality sales presentations to key decision-makers.
* Own vehicle with valid insurance, a valid driver's license in good standing.
