Director of Sales Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales department and drive business growth.
About the Role:
The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading a team of sales managers and sales representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and improve sales processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales performance.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
- Proficient in PC and network concepts, with the ability to understand and deliver printing solutions.
