Job Title: Beauty Salon Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Salon Supervisor to join our team at Beautyplus brow studio.

Job Summary:

The Beauty Salon Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting expectations
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities
  • Authorize payments and returns as necessary
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and supply shortages
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that products are available when needed
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic security clearance
  • Public transportation available
  • Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations
