Job Title: Beauty Salon Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Salon Supervisor to join our team at Beautyplus brow studio.

Job Summary:

The Beauty Salon Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff, evaluating daily operations, and addressing customer complaints or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth execution
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities
  • Authorize payments by cheque and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance of our inventory and supplies
  • Ensure that all staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role in a beauty salon or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic security clearance
