Job Title: Beauty Salon Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Beauty Salon Supervisor to join our team at Beautyplus brow studio.

Job Summary:

The Beauty Salon Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and addressing customer complaints or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing
  • Authorize payments and returns as necessary
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to ensure efficient use of time and resources
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Basic security clearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations
