Job Title: Beauty Salon Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Beauty Salon Supervisor to join our team at Beautyplus brow studio.

Job Summary:

The Beauty Salon Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff, managing inventory, and addressing customer complaints or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Establish work schedules and authorize payments by cheque
  • Authorize return of merchandise and resolve issues that may arise

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
