Program Director Role

The Program Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the general program operations of the Camp, delivering the mission and vision of the organization. The Program Director leads a team to provide opportunities for campers to become committed followers of Jesus Christ and develop Christian leaders.

The Program Director is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, committed to building the Kingdom of God. The role requires conveying a sense of Christlike hospitality and concerns for visitors, guests, campers, volunteers, and staff.

This is a permanent 0.75 FTE position with full-time hours from May to August and part-time hours for the remainder of the year.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement program operations in line with the organization's mission and vision.
  2. Lead a team to provide opportunities for campers to develop their faith and leadership skills.
  3. Convey a sense of Christlike hospitality and concerns for staff, volunteers, and visitors.
