About This RoleWe are seeking an experienced Banquet Server to join our dynamic team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our events team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every function is a success.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring guests' needs are fully met in a function setting.
- Gathering and transporting all supplies required for function setup.
- Setting tables and back-of-house prep space according to service standards.
- Preparing mise-en-place for events.
- Serving food and beverage components as per Four Seasons' standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience serving is required.
- Previous experience in catering work or high-volume functions is preferred.
- A strong command of the English language.
- The ability to lift and carry heavy trays and furniture based on the needs of the function.
- An excellent commitment to service.
- A valid Serving it Right Certificate.
