At Alphabet Creative, we're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary in the range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, vision care benefits, group insurance benefits, life insurance, long-term care insurance, maternity and parental benefits, learning/training paid by employer, on-site amenities, on-site recreation and activities, paid time off (volunteering or personal days), and subsidised public transportation.

Job Description

The Strategic Marketing Coordinator will work closely with our management team to develop and execute marketing plans, manage budgets, and coordinate media services. Key responsibilities include advising clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, conducting analytical marketing studies, developing portfolios of marketing materials, and establishing marketing programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Marketing or a related field;
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the private sector;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Work Setting

This is a permanent position with 37.5 hours of work per week. Relocation costs are not covered by the employer. The work setting is fast-paced, with a large caseload and tight deadlines. However, you will have the opportunity to work independently and take initiative in your role.
