Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Khalsa IT Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure timely ordering of necessary materials.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
