Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stock Associate to join our team at 1084463 B.C. LTD. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by directing customers to the location of articles sought.
  • Inventory Management: Unpack products received by the store, count, weigh, or sort items, and record incoming stock.
  • Stockroom Operations: Order stock, stock shelves and display areas, and maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
  • General Maintenance: Perform general cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors.
Support for Diverse Groups
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
  • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
  • Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
  • Provide staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
