Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stock Associate to join our team at 1084463 B.C. LTD. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized stockroom, receiving and processing inventory, and ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stockroom Management: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including receiving and processing inventory, and ensuring that all stock is properly stored and secured.
  • Merchandise Handling: Unpack and count products received by the store, and accurately record incoming stock.
  • Visual Merchandising: Stock shelves and display areas to create an attractive and inviting shopping environment.
  • Customer Service: Direct customers to the location of articles sought, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • General Maintenance: Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors, to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 35-40 hours per week.
