Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stock Associate to join our team at 1084463 B.C. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall success of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stockroom Management: Unpack and count products received by the store, and record incoming stock to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Merchandise Display: Stock shelves and display areas to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Customer Service: Direct customers to the location of articles sought, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Inventory Control: Order stock and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors, to maintain a clean and safe store environment.
Support for Diverse Groups
  • We provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
  • We offer awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
  • We provide cultural competency training and awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
