Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stock Associate to join our team at 1084463 B.C. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall success of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stockroom Management: Unpack and count products, record incoming stock, and maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
  • Customer Service: Direct customers to the location of articles sought and provide a welcoming and inclusive shopping experience.
  • Inventory Control: Order stock, price items, and perform general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Support for Diverse Groups: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers, refugees, youth, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
