Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, ordering merchandise, and authorizing returns. They will also establish work schedules, sell merchandise, and prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 32 hours per week with a team of 3-4 people in English.

About the Role
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales floor staff, design team, and other teams as required.
  • Assign tasks and duties to ensure efficient operation of the store.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering merchandise as needed.
  • AUTHORIZE return of merchandise as necessary.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer requests and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.

As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.
