We are seeking a highly skilled Records Manager to join our team at Queen's University. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of $65,000-$85,000 per year.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves managing records across various departments, ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify and implement best practices in records management
  • Develop and maintain accurate records retention schedules
  • Provide training and support to staff on records management procedures
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure effective use of records management software
  • Manage knowledge and information assets across the university
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as information systems or library science
  • 5+ years of experience in records management or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
