We are seeking a highly skilled Records Manager to join our team at Queen's University. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

About the Role

As a Records Manager, you will be responsible for conducting research, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations. You will also direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services. Additionally, you will manage knowledge, assist with record management, and possess computer-assisted records management system skills.

This role requires excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently and flexibly. You should have a Bachelor's degree and 5 years or more of experience in a related field.
