Job Summary:

The Gas Station Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, ordering merchandise, and managing cash. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
  • Manage cash and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Conduct performance reviews and supervise office and volunteer staff
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Basic security clearance and criminal record check
Work Environment:

The Gas Station Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on customer service and sales. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
