Gas Station Supervisor

Ontario Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas bar, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of sales workers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage inventory, merchandise, and sales volumes, preparing reports on sales performance and personnel matters.
- Establish work schedules, authorize returns, and resolve customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Conduct performance reviews, hire and train staff, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
- Basic security clearance and criminal record check required.
