Gas Station Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Gas Station Supervisor to join our Circle K team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our gas station, including managing sales staff, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Sales Staff: Assign tasks, provide training, and supervise sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Maintain Inventory: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and organize inventory to ensure efficient stock levels.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail or customer service experience.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, organized, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Our gas station is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work closely with a small team to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. As a Gas Station Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
What We Offer:- Permanent Full-Time Position: 35 hours per week.
