Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

Ontario Inc. is seeking a skilled Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas bar and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including sales workers and office personnel.
  • Assign duties and tasks to staff, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the business.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-7 months of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Basic security clearance and criminal record check.
Work Environment:

Our gas bar operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on customer satisfaction. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
