Gas Station Supervisor

Ontario Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas bar, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including sales workers, apprentices, and design team members.
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Order merchandise and authorize returns to maintain an efficient and effective inventory system.
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet customer demand.
- Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of office and volunteer staff.
- 3-4 years of experience in a retail store environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
- Basic security clearance and a criminal record check are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
