Payroll Manager

At Venterra Realty, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Manager to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle payroll process for our US and Canadian employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly payroll reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with federal and local regulations, including reviewing and reconciling year-end items.
- 5+ years of full-cycle US payroll processing experience, with Canadian experience an asset.
- ADP Workforce Now experience required.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, with a passion for learning technology.
- Proven ability to lead and drive change, with previous experience managing a team.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation through the American Payroll Association an asset.
