Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of financial operations and compensation practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state regulations affecting pay practices, with the ability to stay up-to-date on changes and updates.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in relevant software, such as Excel, and experience with payroll systems, such as Ceridian Dayforce or ADP.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
