We are seeking a highly skilled Pay and Benefits Manager to join our team at Uni Express Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Planning: Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures, including salary ranges, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage and administer our company's benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Payroll Services: Oversee the processing of payroll, including ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for compensation and benefits, aligning with our company's overall business objectives.
  • Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for employees and management on compensation and benefits-related matters, providing clear and concise information and guidance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong background in payroll services and strategic planning.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
