Senior Account Manager, Group Benefits

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Account Manager, Group Benefits. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction to our group accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and service a portfolio of group client accounts, ensuring high-level customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our services and increase revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the health benefits industry as an account manager.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a simple manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
  • Bonus GBA or CEBS designation considered an asset.
