About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, including up-selling and cross-selling corporate products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Work with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our operations are efficient and effective.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you are equipped to provide the highest level of customer service.
Requirements
  • 3-12 months customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to lift 70lbs and stand for 3 hour intervals, with a high level of physical stamina.
  • Proven track record of personal responsibility and accountability, including attendance, uniform compliance, and attention to detail.
