About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Support Specialist to join our team at CC&L Financial Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of trade operations in our Investment Management business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide trade support and coordination services to our investment teams, ensuring timely and accurate execution of trades.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve trade-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external counterparties, including brokers and custodians.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of trade operations processes and procedures.
  • Participate in the review and analysis of trade data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in trade operations in Investment Management or a related field.
  • Relevant education and certifications, such as a degree in finance or a related field, and professional certifications like CFA or CAIA.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to resolve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for learning and a desire to make a meaningful contribution to the team.
  • Ability to understand the big picture and focus on the small details.

As a Trade Support Specialist at CC&L Financial Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 per annum, as well as an annual performance bonus that contributes to your total compensation.
