Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication plans to promote our brand and products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Research and create engaging content for various media formats, including print, digital, and social media
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform future communication strategies
  • Act as a brand steward to ensure all communications align with our brand's tone and voice
  • Manage online feedback and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:

  • University degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational communications, developing and executing strategic communication plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable executing on a wide variety of communication tactics, including social media and content marketing
