Senior Production Coordinator

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Coordinator to join our team at Foresters Financial. This is a critical role that will play a key part in ensuring the success of our creative marketing delivery process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create work-back schedules and track deadlines and budgets for projects across all business partner areas, ensuring that all stakeholders have visibility into project timelines and resources.
- Orient freelancers or temporary contractors, getting them up-to-speed on projects or tasks they will assist with, to ensure seamless integration and effective collaboration.
- Identify and resolve concerns about priorities, operational efficiency, or delays in meeting project milestones, using problem-solving skills to find solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success during campaign launch through to completion, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Suggest operational efficiencies and refine the creative marketing delivery process, continuously improving workflows and processes to optimize results.
- Develop and maintain expertise in workflow management software, such as Asana, to effectively manage and prioritize tasks, set reminders, and track progress.
- Support the Creative Studio Manager in leading weekly resource and status meetings, demonstrating ownership of assigned workflows, flagging potential issues, risks, and changes, and communicating with stakeholders accordingly.
- Assist in forecasting creative resource needs based on monthly and annual planning of incoming work and contribute to quarterly reporting of total team creative output, including analysis of metrics and future recommendations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of print/digital production, project management, and/or traffic experience within an agency or corporate in-house environment, preferably with a degree or diploma in marketing, communications, advertising, design, or a related creative discipline.
- Previous experience with workflow management software, such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc., and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
What We Offer:
