We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Game Production Coordinator to join our team at NetEase Games Montréal. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful launch of our games.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of technical and support staff to ensure timely delivery of game projects
- Lead project coordination, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as development, design, and art, to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Conduct research to support content production and identify opportunities for improvement
- Organize the production of video games, from concept to launch, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in game production or a related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
- Familiarity with data analysis and interpretation
- Knowledge of computer and technology systems, including asset languages (e.g., Mandarin)
Our compensation package includes:
- An estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $85,000 CAD
