About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Performance Solutions Expert to join our team at Miyagi. As a member of our Learning and Performance Solutions team, you will work closely with our clients' content experts on projects related to organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop customized training materials, including curriculum plans, course outlines, and storyboards.
  • Create eLearning capsules and support materials for in-class, online, or coaching delivery.
  • Develop performance support tools and reference materials, such as procedures, user guides, and online support.
  • Conduct training-needs analyses and apply educational strategies to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with content experts to create prototypes, standards, and design templates for training and performance support materials.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience designing hybrid learning programs.
  • CEGEP diploma or university degree in training or a related field.
  • Excellent writing skills in English and French.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the PowerPoint Draw tab.
  • Ability to use the Articulate 360 suite or other creator and online training tools.
  • Ability to apply adult education, interface, and user experience principles.
  • Experience working with content experts and advanced communication skills.
