Learning and Development Expert

At The Institute for Performance and Learning, we're dedicated to empowering our team members to excel in their roles. As a Learning & Performance Development Specialist, you'll play a vital part in designing, developing, and delivering training programs that drive team performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Create engaging training materials that cater to diverse learning audiences, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adult learning principles.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our Customer Service team members, fostering a supportive and interactive learning environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant, managing project timelines and resources effectively.
- Analyze feedback to refine and improve training content and delivery, staying up-to-date on industry trends to integrate innovative ideas.
- Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal).
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, adult learning/education, organizational development, or instructional design (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of corporate facilitation experience in both classroom and virtual environments.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience in performance management and coaching for improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
