Learning and Performance Solutions Expert

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Performance Solutions Expert to join our team at Miyagi. As a member of our Learning and Performance Solutions team, you will work closely with our clients' content experts on projects related to organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop customized training materials, including curriculum plans, course outlines, and storyboards.
- Create eLearning capsules and support materials for in-class, online, or coaching delivery.
- Develop performance support tools and reference materials, such as procedures and user guides.
- Conduct training-needs analyses and apply educational strategies.
- Design prototypes, standards, and templates for training and performance support materials.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience designing hybrid learning programs.
- CEGEP diploma or university degree in training or a related field.
- Impeccable writing skills in English and French.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the PowerPoint Draw tab.
- Ability to use the Articulate 360 suite or other creator and online training tools.
- Ability to apply adult education, interface, and user experience principles.
- Experience working with content experts and advanced communication skills.
