Learning and Development Expert

As a Learning & Performance Development Specialist, you'll design, develop, and facilitate training programs that enhance team member performance and engagement. Reporting to the Manager of Learning & Development, you'll leverage your expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies to deliver impactful learning solutions in virtual and in-person environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Create engaging training materials (in-person, virtual, and eLearning) tailored to meet the needs of different learning audiences.
- Ensure all content aligns with business objectives and adult learning principles.
- Deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing Customer Service team members, fostering an interactive and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
- Gather and analyze feedback to refine and improve training content and delivery.
- Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal).
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, adult learning/education, organizational development, or instructional design (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years corporate facilitation experience in both classroom and virtual environments.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience in performance management and coaching for improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
