Job Summary

We're seeking a Commercial Account Manager to join our team in Saint John, NB. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work with utmost professionalism, and contribute to our mission of helping people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Commercial Account Executive in providing top-notch service to customers.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their insurance needs, provide advice, and resolve concerns.
  • Process incoming commercial paperwork, assist with quotes, and review existing coverage.
  • Prepare documentation for insurers, complete applications, and issue insurance certificates.
  • Process endorsements, invoices, and follow up on payments.
  • Communicate with insurance companies, negotiate with underwriters, and follow up on claims status.
Requirements
  • High School and/or Post-Secondary Education.
  • 3 years of commercial insurance experience, including property/casualty and automobile.
  • A valid insurance license for New Brunswick or willingness to obtain one.
  • Strong customer focus, previous sales experience, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
