Job Title: Account Manager

The Account Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in a designated geographic region. This position requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed bookings targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular face-to-face visits and effective communication
  • Provide solutions to customers by leveraging our product offerings and expertise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in replacement industrial equipment and/or engineered solutions
  • Proven sales experience in the industrial market, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
