Job Title: Territory Sales and Business Development Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at XPRTAS Talent Acquisition. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business sales and growth within our assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • Utilize various sales tools and techniques to generate new leads and close deals
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales plans and strategies

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the packaging industry, preferably in flexible packaging products
  • Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to close sales and drive territory sales growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
