Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at XPRTAS Talent Acquisition. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business sales and growth within our assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive growth and retention
  • Utilize various sales techniques to secure face-to-face meetings with decision makers and close deals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the flexible packaging industry, preferably with a focus on printed plastic and paper bags, printed roll stock, and pouches
  • Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven track record of sales growth and success, with a strong understanding of the sales landscape in the assigned area
