The AGMD GROUP is seeking an experienced Administrative Director to oversee the management of administrative services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and evaluating the operations of our department.

About the Role

This permanent position offers a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year, based on industry standards in Canada. You will work 30 hours per week, providing flexible support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate administrative services to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our administrative services and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement plans to optimize our administrative processes
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in administrative services
  • Skills:
