Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Director to join our team at CANADA INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative activities of our office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

About the Role:

This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
  • Train staff
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations
  • Coach and monitor staff performance
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure
  • Tight deadlines and attention to detail
  • Large workload and ability to prioritize tasks

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
