We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team at Bastion Place. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- You will work closely with Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to monitor and evaluate patient progress, ensuring that each individual receives the best possible care.
- Using a client-centered approach, you will empower patients to reach their full potential, promoting independence and confidence.
- You will be responsible for engaging patients through consistent therapeutic interventions, driving substantial progress in meeting their needs and rehab journey.
- In this role, you will be an integral member of the rehabilitation team, serving as the 'eyes and ears' of the team, ensuring comprehensive care is delivered.

Casual Employment Opportunities
