About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Physical Rehabilitation Support Specialist to join our team at Salmon Arm Health Centre. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our established Home Health and Community Care Rehabilitation Programs.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting adults with physical disabilities in their homes and community settings
- Assisting with activities of daily living and implementing group and individual programs
- Working closely with clients to maximize their functional ability and independence
